Gypsy was born different. Most Meowths have a cream coloring with brown spots... She was born, on the other hand, black with red spots. Most of the townspokemon don't mind, but treat her as a "different" individual. She's tormented at school, treated like somewhat of an outsider, and all because black Meowths are said to be dark and evil. That's such a lie. (No, seriously, she's not evil) Her only friends are her mother and fellow oddly-colored acquaintance, Aurora the gray Arcanine. When the discrimination gets to be too much, she makes the decision that she needs to leave town and find a better place to live, even if it means leaving her mother behind... And the Meowth that she loves.

Sprite page... groanness. I have developed a liking for hand-drawn pages. but the spriting works just as well... *ahem* ANYWAY!
Sorry for a "not-so-flashy" end of prologue... *shrug* But there WILL, however, be a flashy Chapter One cover! It'll probably be hand-drawn ^^ I can't wait to get Gypsy and Matthew to meet, which WILL be in either chapter two or three... I'm not sure which yet :\

I might allow Gypsy to pick a fight and settle the conflict at the dojo... I dunno yet. I still havent gotten the specific details of the story yet ^^; BUT if there IS gonna be such a conflict, maybe it'll be with Sneka and her stupid friends. Maybe matthew will assist Gypsy... oh god that sounds cool!!
